In April 2017, Havas pitched Con Edison, the electric utility for New York City. The client brief was asking to promote energy efficiency but we thought that we had to turn the brand into an icon if we wanted people to care.
That's how we came up with the campaign "It's Your Power" where we gave the New York grid a voice and made it communicate with New Yorkers for the first time.

Young people don't know much about investing money but they listen to a lot of music that talks about spending money. For the launch, instead of using the usual credit card language we turned to Starbucks' own lingo that its regulars use on a daily basis. We ended up winning the business.
All CEOs and CMOs have heard of cognitive technology, but some of them don't really understand how it works and what it can bring to their business.
