IBM Watson is able to analyze the personality of a person based on things they wrote. So we started with analyzing hundreds of geniuses' personalities.
After that, we used IBM Watson's search capabilities to find everything a potential client said or wrote online. The writing samples were then analyzed and a personality profile was created for each potential client.
From there, we compared the personality profile of every potential client to the database of geniuses that we initially created. The result is the CEO or CMO's unique Genius Genome.
When the potential client logs in to their Genius Genome profile, they get to see the three geniuses that have influenced their personality the most. Here is an example:
